Alesia Martin is a Chief Human Resources Consultant and Community Volunteer. Alesia held senior level HR positions in Insurance, Financial Services and Technology companies for over 20 years. She served as Vice President, Human Resources at Scottsdale Insurance Company where she helped build a unique employment brand around culture, flexible work, health & wellness, employee development and community outreach. During her tenure, the company won numerous awards for these programs, including Arizona’s Most Admired Companies, Valley’s Healthiest Employers, Work-Life Seal of Distinction, and Top Training 100 Award.
Alesia earned her master’s degree in Higher & Adult Education and a bachelor’s degree in Training & Development from Arizona State University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a permanent teaching certificate in Management with the Arizona Community College District.
Alesia is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 22. Her other community board service includes Scottsdale Training & Rehabilitation Services (STARS) and the HR Committee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.
Alesia and her husband, Patrick, live in Scottsdale. Their two children graduated from Desert Mountain High School and now attend Arizona State University.
