Anne Kaufman was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and is a product of the Scottsdale Unified School District. She attended Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business, and in 2007 graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. The following year Ms. Kaufman began attending the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. In 2011 she graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctorate and began her career in civil litigation. In December 2013 she began her in-house career as Associate General Counsel for a worldwide traffic safety company. In May 2016, Ms. Kaufman started working at Troon, which is the largest third-party golf and club management company in the world. Ms. Kaufman currently serves as Troon’s Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel. Ms. Kaufman devotes a large portion of her spare time to charitable organizations that benefit and promote causes close to her heart, such as Chi Omega Sorority, Phoenix Panhellenic Association, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and, of course, the Scottsdale Unified School District Foundation. In 2018 Ms. Kaufman received the Up-and-Comer Counsel of the Year Award at the Arizona Corporate Counsel Awards, and in 2019 she will receive the Recent Alumni Achievement Award from the ASU Law Alumni Association.
