Kristine Mower Millar, CSPM, is an Associate Partner and the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Orcutt | Winslow, a Phoenix-based architecture and Interior Design firm focusing on healthcare, education and people-oriented architecture. She has developed strategy and communication programs within the A/E/C Field for over 25 years and served actively on industry and community committees such as the YES on 480 bond campaign, Downtown Urban Community Kids, Phoenix Children’s Beach Ball, Maricopa Integrated HealthSystems COPA Ball, Desert Mountain Site Council and various school district PAC’s since 1991.
The Experience Economy and the many topics surrounding experiential design, within all mediums, are a particular focus for Kristine. Her work has included facilitating and implementing operational strategy (employee engagement, training, business
planning) as well as strategic marketing efforts (client cultivation, direct mail, web | social media, identity branding and internal communications) within A/E/C related organizations leading the southwest market.
In addition, her team of “marketeers” developed a stand-alone creative services studio within Orcutt | Winslow (INFUSE) to meet the needs of outside clients in graphic design and branding. She has served as a juror for national marketing and architectural design awards programs, was presented with the SMPS Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014 and her firm was named 2004 AIA State Architectural Firm of the Year and 2005/06 AIA Western Mountain Region Firm of the Year among various other national awards for design excellence. She has served a committee or board member of various civic and industry groups and regularly volunteers within the community, all of which can be translated into new and fresh ideas for SUSD’s future.
Kristine is a mom to a blended family of 8 children and her big kid, husband, Rob Millar.
