Price Nosky

Price Nosky is a Principal in the Phoenix office of Development Planning & Financing Group, a national real estate consulting firm. At DPFG, Price is the national manager for project entitlements and development services for homebuilder and developer clients. Price has over 20 years of experience in real estate design, development and construction. Prior to working at DPFG, Price was the Director of Land Development for Centex Homes in Arizona where he was responsible for the construction and development of all of Centex’s Arizona communities.

Over his career, Price has been involved in the design, planning and construction of over $250 million in both residential and commercial construction projects encompassing over 15,000 residential lots and 20,000 acres of land.

Price holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Arizona’s College of Architecture and a Master’s of Business Administration from Boston University.

Price ‘s dedication to Scottsdale and SUSD continues through his involvement as a member of the Scottsdale Charros where he has served as the service organization’s Vice-President, Education Chairman and Scholarship Chairman. In addition, Price currently serves on the District’s Blue Ribbon Advisory Committee.

Price is a long time valley resident and also a Scottsdale Unified School District product, having attended both Kiva Elementary and Saguaro High School. Price is married to an SUSD teacher and they have two children who attend Scottsdale Schools; a daughter at Arcadia and a son at Kiva.
